Easy to find what's owed

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years. It gets better every year, clearer descriptions, easier input areas, and better ability to navigate through the forms and questions.
What's great about it: Easy to use, questions are clear, input is easy.
What's not so great: None come to mind

Complex return made simple

my return included W-2s, social security benefits, pension income, stock sales, capital gains taxes, sale of a house, etc. Not an easy return. Yet, it went very smoothly and quickly. As easy as answering questions and entering numbers.
What's great about it: ease of use

I've been filing my taxes via TurboTax almost unfailingly for many years. Every so often, I have sought to use a tax preparer and invariably they cost more and create problems for me.
TurboTax is fast, easy to navigate and very comprehensive. I recommend it to anyone who mentions tax filing woes to me.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: No real complaints

Can't think of any other Tax Preparation Software that is as "Reliable, thorough and easy to use" there many options to review one's entries to make sure the information is correct.
in a nutshell ! TURBO TAX is super reliable and easy to use.
DEFINITELY A VALUE FOR THE PRICE.
What's great about it: Excellent instructions with many chances to review entries.
What's not so great: Not too many negative aspects to Turbo Tax Software
