excellent product

The step by step process allows someone with little background to do his tax return correctly. I have been using this for about six years now, and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: makes it easy for someone without accounting background
What's not so great: none I can think of

easy to use, I have been using it for years.
What's not so great: did have a little issue deleting a form from the prior year but once got it figured out every thing was a breeze.

Excellant steps to a tax filing

Great product and I cannot imagine how to file a complicated return without it. Keep improving your product.
What's great about it: the step by step process
What's not so great: on this year filing my biggest problem was finding some of the necessary forms

I've used turbotax for 14 years, will never use it again after this year!!
What's not so great: state tax was wrong in 2 states!

There are a few items that turbo doesn't lead you directly to.
So make sure you use the search feature to ask about things.
Work per diems, safety equipment, steel toed boots.

Good product for the money. Sure beats those thick books. Most of the instructions are clear.
