I love Turbo Tax in past years!

I hit print several times. No prints! I went back through everything, looked at help and did it again and it still didn't print!
I have never been this upset over your product not printing!!
Never have I had this problem in all the years that I had this year.
Please fix it back tho print like years before. Thank you!

What's great about it: Great feeling to get it done.
What's not so great: This years Turbo Tax was confusing. Prints did not work!!

Fast and Easy!

I've been using TurboTax for many years now. It's user friendly and truly guides you step-by-step. I've recommended it to family and friends and they feel the same way about it. I feel safe using it and do feel I'm getting the maximum return. It's something you can do at your convenience.

Refund So Simple!

Turbo Tax is the easiest and most accurate tax program on the market. It doesn't require any knowledge of how the state and federal tax systems work, just simply enter your personal information and complete the interview to the end and you are DONE!!!
What's great about it: So convient to transfer last years information,
What's not so great: There's nothing to dislike about Turbo Tax.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for years. Like the new features. The only thing that would have eased the review part is if there would have been better directions as to how to fix the questionable entries using the link provided in the box. I thought I had to go back to find the page on my own at first and that annoyed me. Of course finding out I could fix it right there was like "WOW!!!" so happy!!!! Can't wait for my refund to hit my account!!!!
What's great about it: I like how Turbo Tax asks me all the questions...I don't have to figure things out on my own
What's not so great: Where did the option to put part of the refund onto an Amazon gift card/account go?? I loved that feature!!!

Have used TurboTax several years now and really love how easy it is to use and the maximization of my refund.
What's great about it: Maximizes refunds and really easy to use. No need to be a tax expert.

Painless Journey

I've been filing my own taxes well over a decade and I have only used Turbo Tax. I have never had any issues or had to amend or file an extension on any taxes that I've submitted. Granted, my taxes are very simple and rarely do I do deductions, I just find using Turbo Tax gives me a piece of mind that I've done them correctly and that they have been filed.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to use, detailed explanations, goes through a variety of scenarios
What's not so great: Wish you could file both Federal and State free
