Product fine; customer support not so

Turbotax is an excellent product, as always. However, I had a problem accessing last year's return, and after 2 hr 40 min with two different customer support people, the problem was still not solved. I eventually figured out the problem by myself, and the problem, which has to do with a password in the Mac OSX keychain, was exactly what I suspected and proposed to customer support. They did not take my suggestion seriously.
What's great about it: Trouble-free interface, improving each year
What's not so great: Customer support wasted almost three hours

First time doing my taxes was easy peasy

This year was my first time doing my taxes, and everyone tells you about what an awful experience it is. I don't understand what they are talking about.... with turbo tax it was SO EASY! everything is guided and it looks for extra breaks for you. The walk through features are the BEST EVER. I can't believe how easy it was, everyone should do their taxes through turbo tax!
What's great about it: walk through options, easy break down, fill in and guided boxes
What's not so great: none!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I've used turbo tax for many years and it is great as always
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: have to click in each catagory and it should just go there

Very Easy don't procrastinate

Really, I procrastinated and it was very easy next year I will do my taxes quicker to get back the money sooner. I was very surprised of the large refund trubotax got me back.

New convert to Turbo Tax

Had always done federal and state returns by hand, paper for years, then online for both for the last 6 years using the free Federal File and State file sites.
Because the IRS found mistakes (extra refund to my benefit) the last couple of years, I realized the tax code is getting so convoluted it takes an unreasonable amount of time to do your returns perfectly so I tried Turbo Tax this year.
Couldn't be happier with the ease of entering the info and having TT determine some key decisions to maximize my return.
Hopefully there will be no problems with the returns this year, if so, this is the only way I'll be doing taxes in the future.
What's great about it: It's a major time saver to import 1099 info from financial institution
What's not so great: Sometimes not sure if I had entered everything correctly for deductions

Great product.
What's great about it: Allows you to enter relevant information, while not having to shuffle through forms that do not apply to you.
What's not so great: Difficult to go back to some of the forms or search

Smooth and easy every year I used Turbo Tax. Only had one problem that I was able to rectify, entered business form and then had to delete it when reviewing return.
What's great about it: Tax Return Made Easy
What's not so great: Problem with deleting form entered by mistake
