What's great about it: Program worked well as usual.
What's not so great: Trying to use a credit card to pay for e-file was like trying to swim through quick-sand. Too much trouble!

Rough start, GREAT (5-STAR) finish!

I've used and mostly LOVED TT for decades--this year--a problem with a keychain access (Mac). Frustrating start with a pretty easy fix--once I found it in the comments of others. Was hoping TT would fix and update program. BUT--I'll be back next year!
What's great about it: Transfer of last year's info/Includes all needed forms/Asks good questions, lets you know what you need for answers
What's not so great: limited hours of live-person phone help/due to transposition had to re-efile--promised walk-U-thru instructions vague
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Bottom line not good but accurate

helped me through a painfully taxing situation. Am certain however, that thanks to turbo tax they are accurate and that I received all the deductions a credits I was due.
What's great about it: comprehensive. great job of simplifying a complicated return.
What's not so great: a little hard to tell if I put the IRA rollover in the right place and to be sure it wasn't taxed as a distribution

Turbo Tax 2015 taxes

I was very frustrated with spending so much time just getting to the next portion of the form and to the next page. Why do arrow buttons and scrolling features not work with the program?
other than that I found it as easy as in other years for the most part.

What's great about it: easy to follow and to correct or check work done already as you fill out forms
What's not so great: Pages do not scroll down and many are too long for the screen.It was very difficult to get the side scroll bar

2015 Tax Review

Give the instructions to a first timer and be there to watch where thry stumble and/or need to get clarification. There is no indicator other than car model as to which business a particular car was assigned, In my case both cars were picked up by one company and your program calculated the transfer as a SALE. Very hard to untangle!!!!
What's great about it: You make it easyer to file
What's not so great: There were some entries not will laid out and the instructions were very ambigious.

Went Smoothly After Sign On Difficulties Solved

I had a very difficult experience this year signing in - a problem I'd never had in all the years I've been doing TurboTax. Finally found help by persevering in uncovering a live Intuit person. He spent more than a half an hour working with me and really went above and beyond. He really deserves compliments and I never got his name to send thanks.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and enter information. Its Deductible really helps track deductions, my biggest item.
What's not so great: Real sign in hassles this year for the first time.
