I didn't appreciate the added costs. Then, it entirely left on the eFile option for my state return. It didn't tell me to print and mail or anything.

After a decade, I still use Turbo

I've been doing my own personal tax returns for a long time. I like doing them and I learn a lot about my finances. I've used Turbo Tax for over a decade. I do my taxes, my in-law's, my kid's. It's not that hard.
What's great about it: Simple
What's not so great: None.

Maximized my REfunds

Turbo Tax was perfect in helping me with everything including a partial early distribution from a 401K.
