Erased All Tax-Filing Stress

This product is excellent. The language is so simple that a person who has no knowledge in tax preparation can use it with confidence. Prior to using Turbotax years ago, I used tax preparation service and spent a lot of money. Using this product, I also believe my personal information and privacy is protected more. I recommended this product to my friends all the time.
What's great about it: Simple language. Expert tax help at my finger tips.
What's not so great: Would like to have more personal contact.

I have used Turbo Tax products (and a previous competitor absorbed by Turbo Tax) for over 20 years. I started my own business a decade ago and also use it for preparing and filing my LLC returns.
As relatively simple as it is to use, each year I notice small improvements which increase its being 'user friendly', as well as up to date.
I am a big fan and a very satisfied user!
What's great about it: very detailed; nice flow of the Q&A; thorough; questions are simple and easy to understand
What's not so great: does not provide for saving Fed & State separately; did not have a notice to use a 'pin' for Fed return, but should have

VERY EASY TO PREPARE WHAT YOU NEED TO FILE STEP BY STEP OUTLINE.
What's great about it: SIMPLE PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW
What's not so great: DIDN'T GET A REFUND(NOT A PROBLEM WITH TURBO TAX)

It's so easy!

I can stop and find documents if I need to and complete it at my leisure. It asks me information according to what I stated the previous year so I don't have to put everything in each year such as each place where I earned interest or who I made charitable contributions to. I only have to enter the amounts. It's easy and I have not had any problems so far!
What's great about it: It's so easy to prepare my tax return using TurboTax.

No personal help when you need it!!!

This is like my 9 or 8th yr. using Trubo Tax it seems like it gets more difficult to use every year. I really need some one to tell me how to file electronic. after I had already paid my Fed tax at www.pay1040.com I used this web site as the IRS told me to as I needed to use two different credit cards. Now back in Turbo Tax and can't file electronic because they want my credit or debit card info. Im afraid I will be charge double. Guess I will go ahead & try it but it will be dediend as I have used my limit. Next year will take it to a tax person.
What's not so great: No Phone #'s to contact help support

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so in the future. I use the long form and it walks me through each step. If I have questions, I can click for an explanation to help me decide if it's really something I need to fill out or not. I love that my information from the year before will automatically transfer into the current year forms.
I highly recommend it and have told my friends and family to try it.
