I have used Turbo tax for several years. I find it's accuracy ,ease and convenient help wonderful!!!!!!
What's great about it: acurate, well laid out sequencial, help avaliable

Overall pleased with Turbo Tax, infact went back to after using another service for '14. but.....
had some trouble overriding some figures were I knew what should be there
could not E-file, because info did not allow for enter of ID
protect PIN. when tried to override on form, entered, but would not print on preview/file copy...could not trust would be on transmitted return.

Was Very Diffucult! Too many Questions.

I felt that the 2015 Turbo Tax had too many additional questions added to software. I know, rules change. But I had a very hard time going thru it. I could not understand some of the questions, which made me wonder if I was filling out the right answer. I went over and over it. Checked and double checked answers. Should not have been that hard this year. The launage or clearness of questions needs to be made more simple. I had to check IRS references too much to make sure I was answering question appropriately. I was very upset when I was done. I cant at this time give you an example, because I am so upset. I just wanted to get them done and mailed. I worked on them a month. Too long. I am a senior. Next year will be last year for taxes filed. Me and my husband both will be on SSI. I am on SSID. My husband did not have any work in 2015. A big loss and struggle. I think that's what I had such a hard time with. Working on a loss tax document.
What's great about it: Not too much
What's not so great: Turbo Tax used to be a simple software to use. Not anymore.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: Updates were a little quirky this year. However, Intuit always addresses any concern

Sometimes lost data when I revisited a section.
What's great about it: got it done on time
What's not so great: Should have warned me earlier that a W2 with no income would mean mailing my return.
