Taxes Done on time

I really like the program. Only problem this year was that I could not get form 8379. I had to go to the IRS site and download the form and complete it manually.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: Could not get form 8379 that I needed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

importing last years taxes as template for present year makes it easier.

What's great about it: I've used Turbo tax for over 20 years and I'm very satisfied with the tax prep program.
What's not so great: It is nearly impossible for an expat to make payments to you. I used more time just trying to pay you than doing my tax.

Pretty good but...

First time around did not give $100 deductible for MASS bank interest.
As a state employee I am entitled up to $2000 deduction for my retirement contribution. Yet every year I have to correct TurboTax by entering it myself in the "Forms" format.
What's great about it: Does great job on federal return.
What's not so great: Some problems with Massachusetts return.

Turbo Tax needs work

The charitable donation area, in total, is so bad that I give up a few hundred dollars of deductions rather that figure it out. Gave cash. Easy. Or should be.
What's great about it: Mostly easy input. Accurate.
What's not so great: The entire charitable donation area needs to be scrapped
