Excellent Refund

The program would not accept the information provided into Dependent Care and Benefit section 10. It kept wanting a figure and I had no figure besides leaving it blank to input. Support for my particular question I could not find a proper reply how to solve my problem.
What's great about it: Overall very easy to follow. Guide was easy, smooth sailing, detailed and available support when needed.
What's not so great: The program would not accept some input.

I really enjoy Turbo Tax, I've used it 3 years in a row now and have gotten back my maximum refund.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, simple
What's not so great: There were a few areas where I had no idea what they were talking about. that's code for no.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I liked Turbo Tax and have always used it. I did not know there was a filing fee for the state. A pop-up said I could file the state free but that did not happen. So where is the free filing?

Turbo Tax Makes it Easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 23 years and it is easier than ever to use! I actually don't mind doing my taxes because of its great functionality.
What's great about it: I got through it without any problems!
What's not so great: I wish state filing would cost less or be free, as it's a bit overpriced for something so automated

Great tax preparation software

I have been using turbo tax for the last 15 years and I have always been very satisfied by how easy it has been to file my taxes. It is a very powerful software and it is full of resource to help you with the questions you could have
What's great about it: keep my data years after years
What's not so great: none
