BEST TAX SOFTWARE PERIOD

I paid for tax filing for years and always ended up paying additional taxes. I never could understand why I had to pay additional taxes. Started using TurboTax and received refunds every year but one. That speaks volumes about their software and their continued upgrades to receive the highest possible refund.
What's great about it: Easy, works everytime!!
What's not so great: None

Have enjoyed doing my taxes with TurboTax the last four years.
This year I had to enter my personnel info again because intuit turbotax could not find it. However it still went quick and easy.
The help tab is awesome not only with the info in that section, but gives the user confidence that your making the right choose.

Not as nice as last year

What's great about it: I am familiar with the format and it does a very thorough job
What's not so great: Missing the prior year comparison tool, also the handling of series EE bond interest was not explained well.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Dependable Refund as always

I should have had all my info. in one place and just sat down and turned out the program. It doesn't take long to do if you don't have a lot of interruptions and have everything you need at your desk.
What's great about it: I could choose to review myself or have the program ask the questions

Love my Turbo Tax program and I always have it in time to do my taxes ASAP!!!!
What's great about it: Walks me through everything thing and answers question. With taxes always changing Turbo makes it easier to file.
What's not so great: No complaints!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Headache saver for Refund

Have used this product for the last 7 years, after many years of having a CPA/enrolled agent do my taxes.... Found this easier each year since I always had to total and list my deductions anyways. This allowed me to progress at my own pace and gave me time to double check my records. Having a copy on the computer for quick access is great.
What's great about it: Thorough with appropriate questions and reviews
