This was my first time using tax software and I was apprehensive. Turbo Tax was very easy to use. It did all the work based on information that I entered. All necessary forms were completed without any guesswork on my part. filing instructions were clear and concise.
What's great about it: Easily understood instructions; data export to all forms

It is so nice to be able to complete the tax return at my leisure and even nicer to be able to file on line. Turbo Tax is a great product.
What's great about it: The transfer of info from last year's return speeds up the process.
What's not so great: None

Same Old Thing . . . . wonderfully easy tax prep

I've used TurboTax for more than fifteen years. Not sure exactly how many years. I remember the early versions came on floppy discs. I couldn't prepare a paper tax return to save my life. I tried one time years ago. TurboTax makes it so easy and leaves you with a sense of pride and accomplishment. I'll continue to use this program as long as I continue to file income tax.
What's great about it: So easy to use. Downright friendly.
What's not so great: No cons

I have been using TurboTax for many years and continue to find it very intuitive, well-organized, and straightforward to use. The software almost makes paying taxes enjoyable!

Thankful year after year

I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years. Thankful for its easy navigation, thorough help, and ultimately, the peace of mind. Each year I think it can't really get much easier. If anything I expect it to get harder because my tax situation keeps getting more complicated. It has handled everything I've thrown at it. Perhaps the testimonial that matters most---I'll be back.
What's great about it: Steps you through every possible scenario.
What's not so great: Not a con for TurboTax, but c'mon Feds, make the tax system sane!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
