Overall is fine.
What's not so great: No online chat help to answer simple questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Year After Year - The Best Tax Prep Solution

Year, after year TurboTax is consistently easy to use and extremely informative. The additional information answered all my questions and the recommendations were clearly explained. I liked the written explanations better than the videos which were added in the past.
What's great about it: Workflow easy to follow. Know at all times how far we've come.
What's not so great: Can't think of any
