Still Good!

Once again, Turbo Tax was easy to install and use. I plan to use it again next year.
What's great about it: Layman's terms; help/explanation links/windows

I like how the program keeps me focused and helps me to organize my documents. I especially like the many links to answers from questions I have during the entry of data.

Hidden Fees Everywhere!!!!!!!

We filed with TurboTax last year and had ONE fee, other than the initial purchase fee. This year we had a fee for extra state, a fee to e file each state, a fee to process the credit card payment, and a fee to get our refund (Despite choosing to get it through check). This is absolutely absurd and I will NOT be using Turbo Tax next year, for all the money I spent in fees, I can hire a CPA and avoid doing it myself. PLUS on top of it, they are all "hidden" fees, which means that we were totally vested before we were able to chose. This is extremely upsetting and very unacceptable for a tax system that is supposed to be economical and easy to use for general public. Even the review system is horrid!

I use turbo tax every year and it is well worth it! It's so easy to use and I get my taxes done in one or two nights. Thank you, Turbo Tax!

If you have all of your paperwork handy, the process can be completed in less than a half hour.
What's great about it: Clear and easy directions to follow. Any questions are surprisingly answered in the program.
What's not so great: Wished it would work with Dragon Speak.

Prefer over Tax Act or paper. A little difficult to find an item you want to go back to on the return after you've moved on.
What's great about it: User friendly, much quicker than paper

Easy and simple

TurboTax has been very helpful through many years and areas of life. It has helped us to keep track of changes in family, location, and even multiple state tax years.
The format is simple and easy to follow. The support is great from the online helps, and the normal and not so normal questions are answered simply and easily.
It has been worth it each time.
