Great Tax Software

I have been using TurboTax for years and the software only improves each year. Thanks for all of the work you put into your program.
What's great about it: Fast, Reliable and thorough!

Like I said there was redundancy and time expiration as we were trying to pay for the intuit e-file of the NC state form
Comparatively NC state on-line opportunity t draft from designated account was accomplished with ease.
What's great about it: Continued easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Way too much difficulty in paying for state e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So Easy!

I hate paperwork but Turbo Tax helped me wade through the tax forms with ease.
What's great about it: Walked through all questions and felt confident I was getting the best refund I could get!
What's not so great: I had a few unusual charitible donations I couldn't find where to place. It needs another line for "other".

Excellent product

I have been a Turbo Tax user for years. I have a moderately complicated return and Turbo Tax handles it all.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy, provides you the details you need
What's not so great: Could use a bit more AI to figure out what needs to be done
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Excellent software product that I've used for many years.
What's great about it: Allowed me to work through difficult tax issues
What's not so great: Does not automatically save (every 10 minutes) return while working on it. Lost power and had to restart from begining.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A good tax preparation experience

Overall, this was a good way to deal with the complexity of doing my tax returns. I liked the methodical way the program stepped me through everything, including deductions. It was a little difficult and time consuming to go back to change deductions based on new and modified information. The e-filing process was very quick and easy - it's nice to be able to file the returns this way.
What's great about it: I liked the detailed step through the process - seems very thourough.
What's not so great: A little difficult to go back to change deduction entries with new information
