I've been a customer for over 12 years and have never had a problem with my returns. Turbo tax takes the anxiety out of tax filing.

More Helpful than Ever!

The ability to search for definitions and the answers to questions and have the responses provided real-time without launching a separate browser, generated the answers that I needed, without taking a lot of time.
What's great about it: The extra "help" provided was extremely helpful

Fabulous Tool

I've used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years and it keeps getting better every year. The instructions lead you through every step of the tax preparation process. If you need further explanation at any point, there is always a button to click to explain the subject at hand. I couldn't be happier with this product.

2016 not easy

Trying to avoid using the RSP cost was time consuming and frustrating. I used text support, phone support (twice) before finding someone who could help me pay just the tax preparation fees. It just did not seem as user friendly as last year and the year before.
What's great about it: most of it went easily
What's not so great: getting it efiled took too long

I have done taxes professionally using a professional program so i was expecting a much more cumbersome format. I was pleasantly pleased in the format and the questions. Turbo tax was easy to use once I got into the program. Getting into the program proved to be the most difficult part of the entire process!
I will recommend this program to my friends and family that wish to prepare their own taxes. Simple language and steps make it a super tool. Thank you for providing such a quality product at such a reasonable price.
What's great about it: simple to use format
What's not so great: somewhat confusing to get started
