Turbo Tax excels in more ways than one !

Not only is Turbo Tax easy to use by merely answering the questions presented but a BIG PLUS is the fact that the various levels of phone support are there to help with any questions
What's great about it: Ease of completion coupled with excellent phone support

I like how it goes through and asks the questions to file your taxes and if there is anything you might have a question it anticipates with more information.

What's great about it: just follow the prompts to a completed tax return!!

Love doing my own taxes with TurboTax because it's easy to use and walks me through each area.

Easy, Fast, and Efficient

I have used TurboTax for years. I read quite a few negative reviews for the 2015 version. I was apprehensive, but purchased anyway. I am glad I did! TurboTax remains the same reliable, useful, and simple program that I have learned to love! Don't let the haters get you down. Buy it and use it just like you always have. Thanks, TurboTax!
What's great about it: intuitive, simple download, step by step instruction
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Very Easy to do. Easy to find complex information on capital loss carryovers and giving carryovers
What's not so great: Didn't automatically save, so lost return when MAC locked up
