Absolutely the easiest thing I've done!

I loved the layout! Everything I have previously loved about TurboTax was streamlined and super easy to use. None of the stuff I didn't need was ever included! The only things built on were areas needed to be built on-ie the extra inclusion of verifying the id! Nice work on keeping up with the times guys! Well done and thank you for making an potentially extremely stressful yearly event well...not!
What's great about it: Everything is streamlined...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I tried another tax preparing software last year instead of my usual turbo tax....I'm back! Turbo tax is much easier to follow.

Step by step ease

Good product, fast overall. I make this purchase each year for the option to do up to 5 Federal E-files with ease and accuracy.
What's great about it: Guided steps with details at hand
What's not so great: Just like last year the included "1 State product via download (print free ...) is tough to locate/use

I learn a lot by doing my taxes myself. I've used TT for a long time. Over a decade. The software has only gotten better and better. I've had accountants review my returns and they find no issues.
What's great about it: Easy.
What's not so great: none.
