Great prompts

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years. I have used it to prepare returns for my family, each of my four kids while they were still in college, my mother and my mother-in-law. TurboTax has saved me a huge amount of work and frustration! I trust your product to get me my maximum benefits.
Thanks and keep up the great product.
What's great about it: Walks me through the process in a logical manner
What's not so great: Doesn't always give as much background info as I would like--even the prompts for more info

Overall, easy, accurate; provides answers to questions. Catches mistakes & lets you correct them.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process.
What's not so great: Sometimes prevents you from doing what you want.

At last!

I was pleased with the overall performance of TurboTax this year. I almost cancelled my subscription after numerous problems last year. I could not contact a "live" person to talk to. This year I did not need anyone. Improvements are many and thank you for them.

What's great about it: No glitches this year for the first time ever!
What's not so great: In the deductions area when describing a donation there needs to be more room to describe the items so the IRS has a bet

If rejected for SSN, be sure to check name for misspelling, as well. IRS Rejected SSN mismatch, but problem was incorrectly spelled last name. I think this should a PLEASE CHECK point in Turbotax section when it offers to help you correct error.

Easy As Usual

I've been using TurboTax on a Mac from when it was called Macintax...yes, before it was called TurboTax. Always comprehensive, reliable, and complete...never any problems. Just think how much money I've saved in CPA fees over the past couple of decades by doing my own taxes.
What's great about it: Best there is!
