I have used TurboTax for 20 years, and it is very easy to use and quick. However the fact that you have to pay extra to be able to file a second state has become more and more expensive each year, to the point that this year I had to pay more for the second state, then I did for the entire base product. I can understand a small amount for the right to use the product for a second state, but to have to pay twice as much is excessive.
What's great about it: Quick, easy step by step

Anomalies

For whatever reason - the icon for Turbo tax reads 2017 for 2015 returns. Its the round red icon circle for turbo tax reading 2017, Very confusing
What's not so great: Icon wrong Did not explain EITC and explain its new this year

Makes It Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for 4 years and have been very pleased with how it guides you through all of the applications and questions.
I would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Walks you through each step and explains something if you get "stumped".
What's not so great: None that I see

Easy Tax Season!

I didn't use TurboTax last year because they took away the Schedule C form. I came back this year with the return of the form. TurboTax is easy to understand and navigate, and I get through my return quickly. I'm a freelancer, so I often have many tax forms to enter. I feel confident that I'm submitting everything correctly with TurboTax. I just wish it was a little cheaper to purchase the software, like the H&R Block software.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, easy to navigate, completed quickly
What's not so great: Price
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used Turbo Tax for preparation for the past 8yrs, I find it very easy, reliable, and feel more comfortable able to do my own taxes rather than paying a tax preparer to do the same thing that Turbo Tax provides me to do in the comfort of my home. I don't have to worry about forgetting anything, everything I need to refer to , or look up is right here @home or in my computer, Thank You TURBO TAX.

Great Product

I have used TurboTax for several years and have always been very pleased. Thank you for a great product! There was one slight problem however: I couldn't get the update feature to work from in the program - and I tried several times. It would get up to about 15% and then would lock-up - and I let it run for a long time (once I let it go overnight -still no luck.) Finally, I downloaded your fix from outside the program (which also took an inordinately long time) but I still don't know if the downloads were installed??
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: InIability to update
