Printing state and filing electronically the fed is still an issue with turbotax. You get in a loop to continue or print return only one button is needed. In addition, turbotax waited till printing to let me know employer ID was missing when i entered my w2 data..should have caught this at the time i entered the w2 data.
What's great about it: review step is improved. still takes too long to boot up
What's not so great: still too many ads
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had major troubles with intuit saving my password to my account. Every time I had to sign on it didn't know my password and wouldn't let me sign on. That meant that I had to go all the way thru the trouble of answering questions and waiting for new codes to be texted to me. Major hassle. Also, would you please put some great big phone numbers someplace so customers can call and ask questions about your program?

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years now. Prior to that I did my taxes by hand. I have had a variety of life events over the years, including purchase and sale of homes, retirement and family death. Turbo Tax was a breeze to work through all of these events.
What's great about it: Easy. No guesswork. Populates forms from previous year

Is there a way where every time I go to the next page I automatically go to where I will be entering data? It seems like on evry next page I need to scroll down to where I eneter information. Time consuming and annoying.
What's great about it: I use it every year. I LOve it
What's not so great: I would like to have to do less scroling to enter stuff

Excellent Product

I have been using TurboTax for year and it has gotten better over the year. It is easy to use either in the walk me through or I'll pick modes. It gives you confidences that your taxes are done right.
What's great about it: Easy to use and quick

Really like using the Turbo Tax software. It has made things very easy. As I get older I really appreciate having this tool at my disposal.

Will never buy again

Got it done and ready to print. I do not want to e-file. And it would not print. Kept saying that I had not declared the number of pages. I have spent more time trying to print than calculating my return -- and it has not printed yet!
What's great about it: got it calculated O)K
What's not so great: BUT COULD NOT PRINT IT
