I ABSOLUTELY DREAD tax time - i have used Turbo Tax for 5 years now and while i still dread it - Turbo Tax helps by making me feel confident I have done it correctly

I like using Turbo Tax, it walks you through each deduction one at a time.
What's great about it: You can work on your taxes little by little when you want to
What's not so great: If you have a question, you have to search and read through the questions and aswers.

Quick and easy

I have used another tax prep software for the past few years and started using it again this year, until my wife purchased TurboTax. My taxes were done in minutes! My wife's taxes were more complicated, and she was also very happy with the speed and simplicity of the application. TurboTax even found me a bigger refund! Highly recommended.
What's great about it: simple and convenient

Not for Gamblers

I had over 75 W2Gs to enter. Very tedious. First recommendation - Form Scan - allow importation of W2 information from your scanner. Second Recommendation - remember payer's information. Most of my W2Gs came from three sources, yet the software requires re-entry of all the W2 information even though most of it repeats.
What's great about it: Most everything works fine
What's not so great: Difficult to enter multiple W2Gs
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax does it again!

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. Lots of info provided. I have used this product for over 20 years and would not use any other product. Keeps improving year after year.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.

GOOD JOB WITH SMALL PROBLEM

I ALWAYS USE TURBOTAX. IT GIVES ME A SECURE FEELING THAT IM DOING EVERYTHING CORRECT.
SMALL PROB: WHEN I TRIED TO USE "ITS DEDUCTIBLE" I HAD A PROB WITH MY COMPUTER WHICH I JUST UPGRADED TO WINDOWS 10. EVERYTHING WORKED JUST FINE WHEN I TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER COMPUTER.
What's great about it: EASY AND COMPREHENSIVE
What's not so great: WINDOWS 1O PROBLEM?

More difficult
