Love using TurboTax!

My family has used TurboTax for several years. We've compared it to other brands and always come back to turbo tax.
What's great about it: Anyone can do their taxes with a little time and effort.
What's not so great: None that I've found

What's great about it: very simple to navigate and use...even at 1:00 AM
What's not so great: not that I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love it! This is the very first time that I am doing my own taxes. Before this year, I had my friend, who is a CPA, do my taxes. I was unsure about doing it myself, but with Turbo Tax, I feel confident and voila... it's done!!!
What's great about it: So EASY to use!!!
What's not so great: No cons whatsoever!!!

Needed phone assistance because of an error caused by TurboTax. Customer representative was very courteous and knowledgeable in trying to resolve the problem. The problem was a form error on a worksheet that prevented me from e-filing the state return. (A zero was entered and could not be erased.) I had to mail the state return.
Nevertheless I am very pleased with TurboTax and would recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: Cannot do my taxes without TurboTax
What's not so great: Spent almost two hours on telephone hold waiting for a customer representative to help resolve a problem.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is great product I have been using for years. So easy to use.. Transfers all your info from previous year as well. Answer the questions step by step and get your refund.
What's great about it: Walks you through
What's not so great: Wish it answered all the questions as well for me :)

Good Software, User Interface Needs

Software is really good. Have been a customer for several years now. My questions are always answered, the advice and explanations are clear, and the website search tool is also very good. I would like to see improvements in the interface that don't require use of the mouse to utilize a dropdown when use of typing a letter should select a value, or the ability to tab is n recognized for navigating to a flied, etc. Lots of clicking that is not always necessary.
What's great about it: Clear, Concise, Lots of Help, Great Search tool
What's not so great: Interface - can''t tab to rather must click to field for entry; way to much clicking
