I use Turbo Tax every year. So much easier to just import what you need-and the program can find stuff for you!
What's great about it: Walked me through everything, and saved me money!
What's not so great: Nothing!

Straightforward guide through taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years through different tax scenarios. I have always felt confident that I am addressing what needs to be addressed. When questioned on charitable contributions, I was able to provide documentation to IRS inquiries for no additional taxes. I look forward to using the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax for years to come.
What's great about it: Step by step guide with asking questions that direct one to maximum tax benefit
What's not so great: None that I have experienced

Tax Time

I think anyone who wants to have their taxes done thoroughly and completely should use this program. It is easy to understand and provides answers to nearly any questions one may have. It is affordable compared to what one would pay to an accountant. I really like the data being able to be saved for the next tax season on their files for fast and easy retrieval.
What's great about it: Simple instructions, great details, price is below using an accountant, answers are easy to find, data saving is great.
What's not so great: Not any to mention.

I've been using this for about 20 years. It always is the best way to go and I haven't failed to get a refund yet!
What's great about it: Excellent at covering everything
What's not so great: Some trouble with pop up windows

Efficent and Insightful

Very helpful software. It would take MUCH longer to prepare my taxes without this product. I have used it for 4 years now and will continue to use it in the future. I like the way it reuses info from year to year. Only typing in the changes is very helpful and efficient.
I also like using TurboTax because you have a much better idea of what contributes to paying more/less tax and how they affect the overall result. It allows you to plan ahead for next year using what you've learned. When you send your taxes off to a tax preparation agency or individual, you don't have nearly the insight as you do with TurboTax.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and it has definitely earned my trust. I answer the questions and it does the rest. I am very happy with the results.
