What's great about it: Easy to use almost foolproof
What's not so great: last minute correction
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Sme explanations do not easily lead to right answers. Doing taxes this year took a lot longer than previous years .

Federal helpful, NJ pitfall that thwarts use

Cannot Use State TurboTax and get credited properly for paying 100% of Property Tax for home I own--not co-own with my spouse. Therefore, must complete NJ Income Tax form without TurboTax.
What's not so great: Married Filing Separately Doesn't Allow for Sole (100%) Home Owner to Take 100% of Property Tax Deduction

2015 Taxes

The product is great to use. Very user friendly, easy to input info and find answers if you have additional questions. The cost for additional states seems too expensive and it's disappointing that you cannot state e-file for free.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Extra costs for additional states and state e-filing

So Easy! Maxed Refund

I have been using turbo tax for several years and prepare taxes for my family - 5 taxes a year! Every year the program get's easier and smoother. I love turbo tax, we get maximum refunds and save money on prep fees. Turbo tax make me look great in the eyes of my family :)

Previous Version was Better

I had the program close down a couple of times while I was entering data and one time even lost everything I had entered (luckily the return was only partially entered). It seemed to be harder to maneuver around the program this year. If you are trying to make the program better, please make sure it works before tax season.
What's not so great: More problems with software this year
