Two bugs

No warnings or alerts that final documents would include "Form 1040-ES Payment Vouchers". Do not need these. Did want them in my delivery but cannot delete them. How, why, where did TurboTax generate these without confirming my need for them.
Could not print the screen that gave e-file transmission info. When trying to print, was taken to screen for printing whole return. I could not find a way back to the screen with the e-file transmission information.
What's great about it: liked being able to click on a $ total and get a snaps listing of what went into that total

Great system

Takes the guesswork out of filing. It walks you through it all and asks about everything. Also notices small items to correct.
What's great about it: Easy, walked me through it all, calls attention to smallest detail

Easier every year

TurboTax Deluxe is perfect for me. Yet I can see where it would be good for people with more complicated or involved financial situations. It covers many common and uncommon tax issues. The 2015 version talks to you in an easy to understand manner. I found the help section and information boxes to be very good. Populating the 2015 forms from the 2014 forms is a time saver. Organizing your papers and forms before starting makes the process go faster.
What's great about it: TurboTax walks you through the tax filing process in a clear and concise way
What's not so great: None

Turbo Tax is the Best!

Simply put, Turbo Tax takes the hassle out of doing my taxes. It's user friendly step-by-step guide is amazing. I was done in a matter of a couple hours from beginning to end. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: User friendly, fast and easy to understand.
What's not so great: Had to delete a few forms mistakenly created when I made input errors. I was able to go to forms and delete though.

Makes a tedious job tolerable

I have used for 20+ years as well as competitors, and it is still my preferred. My only real complaint is that if you have income from multiple brokerages, each with 1099 INT, DIV, and Bs, there are too many repetitive screens to go through, and no detail screen to verify if all the multiple elements got entered correctly for each one. It would be nice if there were a spreadsheet input format alternative, or a least a detail screen to check against..
What's great about it: Does all the tedious tax calculations and fills in the IRS's confusing forms
What's not so great: Would like spreadsheet input format alternative to cut down on repetitive screens

It Always Works

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 10 years, and I am very happy with it. Turbo Tax provides good descriptions of every income source and deduction, in plain English terms. When one of my deductions is only partially tax-deductable, Turbo Tax explains why only part of the amount is deducted. The results have almost always given me big tax refunds, and I have NEVER been audited. I fill out the entire tax form in a few hours, it is always correct, and Turbo Tax files my return immediately, over the internet, for free. Last year, I filed my return on April 10 and the IRS deposited my refund directly into my bank account one week later.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is quick and easy
