I absolutely love Turbo. I have been using it for years now and I have never been disappointed! It is easy to navigate and maneuver. I wouldn't change it for the world! Saves me time and money!!!
What's great about it: Loved the tips and easy to understand explanations!

TurboTax is a great tool. The software is inexpensive, and for the high level of tax preparation services built into it; highly worth the money. The software is very simple and easy to use, even for the least tax prep-savvy among us (myself included). About the only thing I was disappointed in was the clarity given in regards to my State return filing fees. When starting my returns in TurboTax this year, I was excited when the software notified me of having one free State return included in the purchase of my version of the software. However, when we reached the end, and it was time to file the return; we still had to pay for the State return. I suspect that I had probably just misunderstood what was meant by an already included state return in TurboTax. Therefore, I have nothing to actually complain about in regards to this. I would just recommend to TurboTax that they add a little more clarity on this topic for the user in future annual editions; so as to avoid causing the confusion that I experienced, regarding State return fees.
Thanks again for this continually excellent software. If any of my family or friends ask me whom I would recommend for doing their 2016 taxes next year; I will be sure and recommend none other than TurboTax!

I like the ability to go between the actual forms and the step-by-step methods. Had to check if a few things had been accounted for, like payment of 2014 state taxes paid in 2015 and RI SDI. Both had been handled properly, but it took me a while to figure out where exactly. Needed help from a web search (not Intuit's site) to understand where the RI SDI should be handled.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to file
What's not so great: Struggled to find where RI SDI was accounted for

Comparing filling options

I would really like to be able to enter my taxes and my sons taxes both and be able to compare if it would be best to claim him on my taxes or his.

What's not so great: It seems like it is always more chore then it should be to find last year's file and upload it. Even w/ Search feature
