Always easy and user friendly

The cost of the software and the inexpensive cost for Turbo Tax to prepare both federal and state taxes is awesome. Would definitely recommend this program for your individual or business taxes.
What's great about it: Simple, inexpensive way to prepare federal and state taxes

Finally Done!

Over all, I think this is the best way to do my taxes. Although the issue with the State form School Taxes was frustrating.
I also felt the charge to e-file the State Taxes should either be lowered or included as part of the process. It would be nice to have at least 1 of the State Taxes e-filed too! After all, you are able to import all of the info and wonderfully assist with the State forms, How hard or what more would the cost be to file the forms electronically?
What's great about it: I liked how it walks you through everything.
What's not so great: There was an issue with the State forms when putting in the School Taxes.....very frustrating!

Turbo Tax again!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and the experience each year has been so easy. I really appreciate how my previous information is automatically loaded into the current tax information and I don't have to duplicate it. The filing is incredibly easy although paying to have the fees automatically deducted is a bit much, I use my credit card to avoid the fee. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in years to come.
What's great about it: So easy to use and the audit protection is a plus
