Used TurboTax for years & will probably continue to use it in the future for it's ease of use.
What's great about it: Detailed walked through all topics.
What's not so great: Have to through all options even when I know they don't apply.

I have used turbo tax for 7+ years and love it. Its simple and straight to the point.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: N/A
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent tool but just sad that our tax code has to be so time consuming to arrive at the finish of every year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Tax code is too long and drawn out and should be simplified

USED MANY YEARS AND IT SEEMS TO BE BETTER EACH YEAR. ALWAYS CONFIDENT AND COMFORTABLE WITH RESULTS I AM FORWARDING TO IRS. I CAN DO A SIMPLE JOINT FILED,STANDARD DEDUCTION RETURN, IN JUST A COUPLE OF HOURS
What's great about it: SIMPLE TO USE, DOWNLOAD PORTIONS GREAT,LACK OF PROGRAM PROBLEMS., VERY INFORMATIVE HELP WINDOWS.
What's not so great: DID HAVE A LITTLE TROUBLE LOADING INTO WINDOWS 10.
