Worked very well for me, though I don't itemize cuz I don't own a home.
What's great about it: Walked me thru everything, pretty good navigation but could be a little smoother

Totally Easy!

Like most people, I have a mortgage, property tax, mortgage insurance, salary, etc. The interview was quick and easy. It took about 1 hour to complete. Whenever I needed help, I just clicked on the Learn More links or searched Help and got my answers. I've used TurboTax since 1996 and it's always been easy and fast. I highly recommend TurboTax.
What's great about it: Fast and easy, imports info from last tax return, imported W2 directly from employer (no manual entry)
What's not so great: None

I'm a regular user of Turbo Tax and find the program so user friendly and easy to use. My ony concern is not knowing whether or not I missed anything big and that piece of mind you get from having a tax preparer. Would be great if you had some option (which I would pay for) after you have added all your info to have a tax accountant review it and provide feedback online...just a thought.

Over all it was good. A bit challenging, but liked that I was able to stop and start to work on my own time.
What's great about it: I saved from being charged the $ I don't have
