This was my first time using Turbo Tax. I had always heard how easy it was so I gave it a shot. WOW! Would highly recommend this product. It was fast & so easy to understand. My stress level was seriously 0%. RARE! Thank you Turbo Tax. I will be a faithful user of your product.
What's great about it: Super Easy
What's not so great: Had to triple check myself
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax leads people through a very difficult and complex process. Whether you owe money or are getting a half-decent refund...Turbo Tax is your friend. It is well thought out and well worth the investment. This is my fifth year using Turbo Tax and I'm sold on it. Your simple and easy steps help take the anxiety out of this process and allow you to embrace Tax Time without all the tears and fears.
What's great about it: Very Helpful; allows you to drill down further to determine if things apply to you.
What's not so great: Can be a time comsuming event. Wish you would provide at least (1) free State Tax Filing opportunity.

What's not so great: State form provided different amounts with same input conditions and blocked some inputs from being changed

Great Product

Been using Turbo Tax for several years, It has always worked well for me. Used to have my taxes done professionally and they did not get me any more money back than Turbo Tax and cost me more to have them done!
What's great about it: Easy and Fast
What's not so great: No real cons in my situation

TurboTax is easy to use and understand. Minimal computer skills are required.
You are walked through every step of your return with language in layman's terms. Filing online is quick and efficient.
