been using TurboTax for several years now. Always been very easy to use with lots of great information.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: none

Turbo Triumph

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years to do my taxes, my children's taxes and then teaching my children they now do the taxes for their families. None us have had any problems and feel very comfortable with the accuracy and reliability of the programs.
What's great about it: Quick yet thorough
What's not so great: Slightly repetitive

So Easy !

First time using Turbo Tax after filing myself manually for many years. I just bought a house, so I figured I would need some help with an itemized return to maximize my potential return. Turbo tax was really quick and easy to use. Everything is well organized and you're done in a flash !
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, No forms to fill out or attach
What's not so great: None yet, but that could change if i'm audited !

Received More Than Anticipated

Hassle free and easy. With all the right information at hand, the whole process took less than a hour. Also received more taxes than previous years, so the gains using TurboTax far exceeded the expenses for TurboTax Deluxe.
What's great about it: Quick and simple questions.
What's not so great: A bit pricey, but you get what you pay!

What's not so great: Virginia state return is rudimentary; 529 entries hidden behind Cloverdell, not all investments carried over from 2014
