Caught in a loop

Overall I was disappointed with TurboTax this year and the fact that this problem wasn't addressed earlier by the programmers because it was certainly a common problem as many, many other filers experienced this same problem.
What's not so great: was caught in an endless loop with the 1099 Misc portion

Keeps getting better by the year

Been doing TurboTax for many Years. Impressed with the added security in making taxpayers prove who they are via State I D.
Everything went smooth as I would have expected.

So easy!

This was so easy and quick! I loved how it took me through every deduction and made me confident I was getting every one I qualified for. I've been dreading doing my taxes because it used to entail so much uncertainty and I fretted about an IRS audit because I was never completely sure I'd interpreted the instruction manual correctly. The year I'm sure.
I also loved how easy it was to file my state return. It's usually even more tedious than the federal tax and requires a lot of re-entering information on many forms.
The best thing is I'm getting $3,500 back -- more than ever before! Thank you TurboTax! I'm a total convert!
What's great about it: TurboTax really presents everything you need in an easy way in normal language that is understandable.

Tax filing made EASY, as always

I've been using TurboTax for about 10 years now and can honestly say that it makes filing taxes so much easier. And, every year, they make the program better. I feel confident that all the questions have been answered to help me get the best outcome.
What's great about it: Easy guides that take you through the process
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
