So Easy

I will be using it for years to come. So easy to use to do mine and my kids taxes. Save them in PDF so I can review and compare from year to year.
What's great about it: Been using it for years and makes it so easy to do my taxes.
What's not so great: This year had Uber 1099-K, had to research to find how to handle it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Helped me think
What's not so great: sometimes the tips are too legalese

Using Turbo over the years makes tax time so easy - Turbo picks up all your info from the previous year but if any of it changed, you can easily edit it. Turbo tries to find all the deductions available as well as all income sources that can bee applied.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, thorough
What's not so great: costs to file the state

Turbo Tax plus Support is Outstanding

Turbo Tax continues to become more user friendly each year and their phone support is outstanding!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax program is easy to use plus their support is outstanding.

The program is simple enough for the novice to the expert to use.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Too costly for purchase federal then state/s, then file cost then protection cost. Over $XXXX.00 to file

I have used this for over 15 years and has been great. This year was the first time I had trouble with finishing each of our family's returns. Frustrating to have to restart each file to finish state taxes. I will still use it next year!
What's great about it: Straight forward, step by step instructions
What's not so great: Could not finish Michigan returns easily due to looping

I have been using TurboTax for at least 10 years. It has always been user friendly, yet still manages to improve each year. I am not very tax savvy, so I appreciate the double checks and reviews that TurboTax utilizes.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything
