What's great about it: Covered everything in a simple manor with good explanations
What's not so great: Had trouble finding how to file additional educational expenses outside of tuition.

This is the sixth year I've used TurboTax and I love it more every year! Just answer questions truthfully and the work is done. If a computer-wary old lady can do this, anyone can!

TAXES FILED IN RECORD TIME

I have used TurboTax every year since 2008 and the latest version is better and quicker than ever before.
One option that I would like to see is the ability to use my tax refund to pay toward my next year's estimated taxes when I E-File my Federal and State Tax forms.

What's not so great: having to pay taxes at all
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Detailed Review for Filing your taxes

I will definitely use this next year, makes filing less stressful when doing the taxes. We always feel the IRS is watching. This reduces the stress. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: This program asks all the question including the things you don't think about, but can easily research them.
What's not so great: Nothing to do with Turbo Tax, filing & paying taxes is painful.

highly recommend. Ease of use, help prompts were easy to understand.
What's great about it: Really appreciated the step by step process and the ability to go back and review and correct. Liked the help prompts.
