Makes it easy to organize and file each year

What's great about it: The guides help make sure nothing is overlooked.

Overall, the tax process went well. I did have one instance where I had imported some investment and "ItsDeductable" information that was incomplete. I went back, updated the information, then RE-Imported it and was not sure everything happened correctly. I was looking for double entries, etc. It might be a good idea to provide an information window that describes what will happen when imports are repeated.
Overall, I think the process has become much better over the years I have used TurboTax. I especially like the ease of e-filing my returns.

What's great about it: The interview process worked very well
What's not so great: If I felt uncomfortable and left the interview process I was not sure I got back into the process at the same place.

TurboTax Rocks

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I tried another program and went back to TurboTax the following year. There was no comparison.
The product walks you through all the steps or allows you to go directly to the areas you want.
The previous years information is automatically entered into the new return saving tons of input time.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now, this year's version was a little below what I've come to expect. In several locations, I was directed to enter amounts from line x, but not given instruction as to what form this line was on? Also, if it was an amount available from a line on last year's return, I'd expect the software to be able to find that field, display the amount to me and (at most) ask for manual validation. More description is needed to be provided when directing a user to locate data within the forms that the software has generated.
These forms are created behind the scenes... I'm not privy to the location the software is inserting the data. While I'm walking through the wizard, the software seems to anticipate that I know what form is being filled out at that particular moment. I don't. Once of us has to know where the information is being entered. It is a lot of information to map and what was accomplished is impressive, but I expect this software to comprehensively map all fields in all tax forms.
What's great about it: Imports last year's data, saving time
What's not so great: missing explanations for information locations
