What's great about it: Easy to use. Makes it clear what I am working on.
What's not so great: The section headlines are too long. The main point should be bolded.

Tax made easy

I've been using Turbo Tax Delux for years now. I usually do 4 to 5 returns on on sofware. I allows you to do anything from simple EZ to complicated one with Rental Properties and small busines. It also allow you to upload last year return which save you tons of time as you don't need to re-enter general info and it brings you straight to the items you need. As I know a lot about taxation, I always choose "chose what I will work on" option which again save me a lot of time, but it has an option "walk me through" if you not sure. Also I like the search option when I am not sure of some specific items (if taxable, where to put, and how to do it). It also has 5 free Fed efiles which is great. To bad it only has one free state so you either have to pay extra or go "pen and paper" if you move and have to file more then one.
What's great about it: Upload last year, comprehansive, easy
What's not so great: Some directions not entirely clear

Turbo Tax has been my goto tax program for years and will continue to use it till I don't have to file any longer

Little confusing

Used this for two filings. On one filing, it auto filled in some items on the W-2 (pension) such that we would have to pay taxes when we did not have to pay. It took 20 minutes to figure out why is was incorrectly auto completing.
On second return, it keep asking me to e-file my state. I had issues figuring out how to get past it. Wish this was clearer. Second, the software gave me payment vouchers but did not explain why I got them. Again, needs to be clearer.
Rather than printing me payment vouchers, why wouldn't it give me advice on how to change my withholdings at work?

Always hated to even start my taxes, but once I started it was
