CARRIED ME ALL THE WAY THROUGH

I'VE USED TURBO TAX FOR OVER 20 YEARS. NEVER HAS FAILED ME. WALKS ME THROUGH, TAKES ME BY THE HAND AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. VERY EASY TO MANEUVER THROUGH!

Easy to do taxes with Turbotax

I have been using Turbo tax since it came out and I am now familiar with how it works. I enjoy and appreciate the deductions section as well as the charitable listings.
What's great about it: Menus that guide you throughout the process
What's not so great: Not enough space to keep records.... I had to write notes separately
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Software

The software teaches me how to calculate my income taxes while making entering data easy. Best of all, I am assured that the calculations are correct and any data adjustments I make are carried through the workpapers.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, switch between sections, print what I need.
What's not so great: Quicker references to worksheets would be helpful.

Taxes made simple

I've used TurboTax for many years and seems to get easier and easier each time. This year's improvements made it even easier. The way it guides you through each category is great and keeps you from missing items. It found me a deduction I would have missed had I not been using TurboTax.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, concise, helpful,
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 5 years. April 15 is my least favorite day of the year but with Turbo Tax, it is almost bearable!

Not enough efiles

I prepare taxes for several of my family members without charge. I feel that you should be able to file more than 5 returns of course there would be an additional charge but I should be able to file as many as needed. I plan on purchasing the tax pros version in 2019 when I will be retired from my job and am planning on doing taxes as a side business. I have 6 children and a couple of significant others my dad, sister in-law, and grandchildren that I file for. This year I actually bought two programs and filed 5 returns from my computer and 5 returns from another computer. Please look into allowing addition efiles. also why is it an additional cost to file state taxes? that should also be included when purchasing you software.
What's great about it: Easy to prepare returns
What's not so great: Prints worksheets when you pick to print only forms

Great for e-filing.

While I can take the blame for procrastinating, the interview works pretty well, but attempting to review and correct an entry on a form is impossible.
What's great about it: Even entering federal forms, it is easier than paper.
What's not so great: Navigation is still clunky, unable to access for 8949 to review.
