I have not tried 4 time to e-file my state and it keeps rejecting. It keeps saying that there is income filed but not all forms sent. UGH!!!!!!!!!

First time using the 'What if' file, to see if separate returns would work. Very interesting. I couldn't change some figures on the form and wasn't sure if I was not suppose to or couldn't do it. The forms also showed me the AMT, very handy.
What's great about it: looking out for those deductions
What's not so great: need to stop and save

Turbo Tax is great. I have no complaints. I would like to see the charity section explained a little better. Otherwise, everything is okay. Thanks.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions for a perfect outcome!

So easy to use your software. I do have to admit that this year was easier than last year. For some reason there was a problem with filings from Arizona, and I finally had to just print our returns and write and check and mail snail mail.
This year was easier and quick.
I'll be back next year.

Easy and fast

Overall, this product delivers what I expected. Each year this process seems to get easier to use. Keeping track of carry forwards is a real plus to me. Nice to have an electronic file of the documentation.
What's great about it: Easy to use the guided instructions
What's not so great: Had trouble with the credit card charge for state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
