Turbo Tax makes my life easier. Doing our return and my mothers....don't have to worry about missing any deductions. It reminds me of deductions I forget about during the year. This really helps. I have been using Turbo Tax since it first came out. I can work on it...stop...go back and pick where I left off.
What's great about it: Ease of Use - Explanations
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for several years now, and they continue to improve the program, making it easier every year to use.
What's great about it: Turbotax walks you through everything and you just answer the questions.....so easy!
What's not so great: Can't think of any at the moment

Some of the worked in banter is getting a bit stale; like the 'we know this is taking ...'. Otherwise, everything quick and intuitive.
What's great about it: Easy transfers. Quick.
What's not so great: Paying for state filing.

Hassle Free Every Year

We have been using TurboTax for several years (although for one year we tried a leading competitor). As a result, filing taxes isn't as an anxious event. We love that because we use TurboTax every year, our information is saved and TurboTax is able to provide another cross check of our information based on the previous year's filing.
What's great about it: So Easy to Use
What's not so great: I wish one state efiling was included in the price

What's not so great: I had trouble figuring if required advance degree for remaining employed is education or professional expenses

Finally finished

Can be cumbersome because of all the questions but it is helpful if you don't know all the tax laws or the updates to the laws. I am familiar with how to switch to the forms to get through things faster because I am an accountant and have worked on your ProSeries software for a CPA. This is why I like to work on your TurboTax software for my personal return and Mom & Dad's return.
What's great about it: Your walk through helps with changes in the law.
What's not so great: I can'tt print out the confirmation page.

Quick and easy. I might not be doing every little thing to get max deductions, but for time spent, well worth it.
