added surprise expenses.

Easy to follow format, was not made aware of extra fees to file State and also added fees to pay taxes owed with credit card.
What's great about it: quick
What's not so great: suprise fees to pay with credit card when i went to e-file, paid for 1 State file, never received form.

Effortless

Have used for over 10 years and have never had a problem. A very straight forward and easy to prepare my taxes with thorough coverage of most options. Easy, accurate, and a pleasure to use (not the payment of taxes, but the program!!!!).
What's great about it: Brings forward prior years returns and enters appropriate data for the new tax year.
What's not so great: Can't think of any!

This is terrible

Um, why am I entering info on schedules that aren't being transmitted to the IRS, Like 2106, when I'm taking the standard deduction.
Your software requires about 5x the information as others and is about 1/2 as useful.
If this software wasn't fee, I'd ask for my money back.
