Good . . . but

I seem to remember that in past years, the software would ask to load the file I had saved, this year it did not. It would be a nice feature to have.
What's great about it: easy of input, use of info from previous return
What's not so great: would not auto-load return that I had saved

What's great about it: Quick, painless, easy - and it keeps getting easier as you use it over multiple years.
What's not so great: You can get tired of a full review display after EVERY subject - small price to pay in my opinion.

Excellent Experience

I have been using Turbotax many years. It is the easiest way to go through every possible deduction and income possibility to ensure you do not miss anything and you get your best possible refund. I love it. I always order audit defense just in case but have not had to use it and hopefully never will. I like having my returns easy to access and that Turbotax can pull forward information from previous years as well. I swear by this software! I feel confident that I have covered all the bases and everything is good. The convenience of efiling both federal and state and having state returns pull from federal is also so much of a time saver.
What's great about it: Takes you through every possible scenario so you don't forget anything.
What's not so great: n/a

Awesome, simple to use, fast and accurate. This is my 5 year using TurboTax, I love it.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and self explanatory with step by step instructions that cover everything you need to know
What's not so great: nothing

Max refund possible

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 16 years and always feel comfortable about filing accurate tax filings. No negative audits to date and always refunds.
What's great about it: Walked me thru every possible deduction
What's not so great: Time consuming reading, but worth it in the long run to get it right.
