I've been using Turbo Tax for 7 years and will continue to for many more. It's very user friendly.
What's great about it: very efficient in covering deduction, credits and forms of income
What's not so great: both state & fed filings were rejected, even though I made sure to put in the proper amount of last yrs AGI, very frustr

Turbo Tax is the way to Go!

Overall, Turbo Tax is pretty easy to get use to once I got use to it. I have used it for years!!
What's great about it: I love the easy walk through!
What's not so great: Sometimes not clear enough in instructing.

No free state filing

I'll be looking for a new option next year, it's 2016 I don't have time to jump through hoops for state taxes
What's great about it: The tax filing system works well
What's not so great: The free state filing as listed on the package is only applicable if you want to fill out the long forms and mail it in

Makes complicated taxes easy

I've used Turbo Tax for years and found it to be one one of the simplest was to file my taxes. The deduction section is great with its suggestions and help explanations which are also available throughout the filing process. E-filing is a snap. The review process and audit meter also help accuracy. Great product.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process with the option of walking your self through each item.
What's not so great: app froze at times during calculating but never lost its place or dumped info upon restart.

I have used TurboTax for several years. This year I had to make calls to TurboTax to get help since some instructions were missing, or confusing.
What's not so great: Some instructions missing, some were confusing. Much more difficult to use than previous years.

Easy Prep

I have used turbo tax for a number of years. I switched to a different computer program one year, but returned to Turbo Tax the following years. It is simple to use.
What's great about it: walks through all scenarios, easy, good calculations, etc.
What's not so great: Walking through all scenarios can be time consuming, but can be skipped easily.

I've been using Turbo Tax for a long time now and it has never disappointed me. It's so easy to use and helps you put your taxes together so quickly.
What's great about it: Tax prep so easy
What's not so great: none
