Wow, I didn't owe any taxes

Why do taxes have to be so hard? Why do I need to answer so many confusing questions? Turbo taxes makes it a bit easier to understand. The process is a little faster than an accountant and requires minimum prep time. Plus I was able to stop and regroup many times, looking for documents that saved me money.
What's great about it: Got a refund
What's not so great: Took almost two hours

TURBOTAX PROBLEMS

Don't know if I'll use it again next year. Couldn't correct a typo on one tax info worksheet. Tried deleting it and starting over on that worksheet but that didn't work. That error kept me from completing the return and submitting it electronically but I didn't kow that until after paying turbotax for the state return. At this point I don't know if it was filed and the underpayment sent or not.
What's great about it: Relatively straight forward process
What's not so great: can't correct mistake on one tax worksheet.

2015 Taxes and Turbo Tax

When I checked out, it had me pay for the state return. I also had a horrible time signing into the Turbo Tax account. Also my computer kept crashing. I still have to do my deceased mother's return on Turbo Tax. I love the program, I just hate all the passwords and multiple sign ins.
What's great about it: Loved the downloading of 1099 DIV/INT
What's not so great: I paid for the Turbo tax when I downloaded and in completing the forms, it referenced my one free state return....wrong!
