Pain Free!

I was worried about the new health care coverage section and almost considered using another avenue to file my taxes. It turns out that was a breeze and I am glad I stuck with Turbo Tax to file my returns.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax imported data from last year's return to make filing that much easier!
What's not so great: Lots of questions that don't apply to me but I know they are just trying to get the best refund for me.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast and Efficient

What I really like most of all about TurboTax is knowing that there are tax professionals, who developed the software, behind me making sure I do my taxes correctly. A huge side benefit is that the TurboTax software makes the whole process quick and easy!
What's great about it: TurboTax walks you through the tax preparation process.
What's not so great: No cons that I can think of!

The Only Tax Preparer I have used in 30 years!

This program is for the layperson who knows nothing about filing taxes. It could also be used by businesses. I can be sure I get my correct refund, and keep all the paperwork in case you need it later.
What's great about it: They ask ALL the questions that apply. You just answer them.
What's not so great: None so far

Great software!

This year's return was easier than ever. The software uploaded lots of info from my past returns. It seems to cover everything in an understandable way and even points out mistakes.
What's great about it: Everything is covered - understandable, corrects mistakes

A bit shaaby this year....

The ease of completing Turbo Tax was, as years prior, a breeze. When prompted to log onto TT's website to complete payment for State was unable to accomplish!! Sent several emails with asst to update/change password - each time was told payment timed out -start over. Finally has to select "set up acct later" just to finish & send filings. Not a happy camper!!
What's great about it: Easely accomplished fillings
What's not so great: Logging onto TT website for payment a complete disaster!!
