Plenty of opportunity to upsell

If you want the experience of dealing with a virtual used car salesman while you do your taxes, this is the product for you.
What's great about it: Did my taxes
What's not so great: Attempted to upsell additional services and features I didn't want/need at every turn.

Once paid for software, and processing fees. I cost about the same to have someone do our taxes.
What's great about it: very easy to complete

Turbo Tax 2015

I've been a Turbo Tax user for over ten years and not once have I ever been audited. It is very user friendly written in clear, plain language and goes through every possible scenario for taxpayers. It asks every question you could imagine (and not imagine) to make sure every individual's situation is addressed. I will never use another tax software and highly recommend Turbo Tax.

CONTINUE BUTTON

PLEASE PUT THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON A LITTLE HIGHER ON EACH PAGE, THIS WOULD MAKE IT EASIER TO MOVE THROUGH THE PROGRAM. THE "CONTINUE " BUTTON IS SO LOW ON MY COMPUTER THAT YOU CAN NOT SEE IT AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT AND HAVE TO CLICK DOWN TO SEE IT AND USE IT EACH TIME I WANT TO MOVE ON.
I'VED USED TURBOTAX FOR MANY YEARS AND THIS HAS TICKED ME OFF FOR YEARS, OTHERWISE A VERY GOOD PROGRAM. PLEASE CORRECT THIS. THANKS.
What's great about it: THE PROGRAM IS WELL PUT TOGETHER AND EASY TO USE.
What's not so great: LOCATION OF THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON

Turbo Tax is good at state and federal, but last year I had no place to out taxes paid for my city taxes. Results were I had to pay a large amount, then later they sent a refund saying that I didn't claim my taxes paid. This year I owe chunk again, and I see no where on the forms the taxes I have paid.
What's great about it: speed
What's not so great: Last year's city was wrong, and so is this years
