What's great about it: Fast Easy Step by Step guide with support and Q&A
What's not so great: Advise rebooting PC after it is loaded ...THEN do the Updates. The Turbo Tax Update window froze until I did that.

severe problems with Turbotax

I have spent hours and hours over the past two days with tech support trying to resolve the problem to no avail. I was disconnected yesterday and they never called back.
I finally managed to get it to file somehow, but feel that Turbotax should refund my purchase of this defective product.

What's great about it: looks like it works like all the past years
What's not so great: has severe flaws on the State side that prevents it from e filing

Pretty soild for normal returns

I really enjoyed using this software. I was really dreading filing taxes this year. The interface was very smooth and streamlined, didn't feel like as much of a chore as taxes usually are. However, I can see how people with wonkier taxes than mine might have a problem with this.
Still I had such a good experience with turbo tax that I will be using them again next year!
