This the first year after 21 years of going to a tax preparer that I went for filing myself, Turbo Tax so far made me feel why did I wait so long.
What's great about it: Tips for questions you're unsure about.

Proficient but confusing at times

1) mass state interest exemption not clearly directed

Easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for many many many years. Have always found it easy to use. I like the Help Center, being able to view the forms in case I have to review something, etc. I highly recommend it to others. Turbo Tax is great from beginning to end.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, easy to make corrections, easy to see forms as they are being completed, etc
What's not so great: Price

Hiden Fees

Now a days why can't any company just be up front with consumers and let us how much it's going to cost us to use your program/ file. I think next year I will pay someone.
What's great about it: Fast and very user friendly
What's not so great: Hiden fee I found out after I finished my taxes.

Once download, worked great! Likely will use downloaded version from now on.

What's not so great: Had issue with CD version and Windows 10, so went to download option.

Best Job out of 15 years using Turbo Tax

It take me longer to try and pay my state e-filing, than it did to
work out the full state return. make it easy to pay by credit, like any business on line when you order.
