easy and quick, can't "undo" changes easily

What's great about it: easy and quick to use, step by step directions, extra info boxes
What's not so great: can't "undo" changes if you want to see how a number affects your status

I tried other software one year & came back to TurboTax. Won't switch again!
What's great about it: Step by step
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Do!

I've used this for several years now and am always so happy that it is so easy to do. You have to have all your paperwork together and it tells you what you need, but then it is easy sailing!
What's great about it: Last year's side-by-side with current yr view; options to walk through each step with detailed support.
What's not so great: Would like hot links to all Tax Forms referred to

Tax returns shouldn't be so taxing

Seems more difficult this year than others. Because we have college student now, am considering using a tax pro service. Student return was also confusing.
What's great about it: Personal and Income sections super easy
What's not so great: College 1098T was very confusing

You already have to pay the government then have to pay a crazy amount to have your taxes done. this is munch cheaper when you are not rich. By just filling in the information that you in front of you with the computer and software.

This will be the last time we buy Turbo Tax. The forms to complete my Taxes aren't available. We have Health Insurance and it is trying to charge us a $2400 Tax Penalty. Never buy Turbo Tax again.
What's great about it: Really nothing.
What's not so great: Forms aren't available to finish my taxes & it's April 9th. We have Health Insurance and it is putting a $2400 tax.
