It will be very helpful to have automated entries next year. Otherwise this if very good especially for those of us who have very little to declare.
What's great about it: Very easy if you have all information ready to enter.
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of.

Even for a Novice, Turbo Tax practically does my taxes for me. I have been using for many, many years and couldn't think of doing my taxes any other way. Super Great!!

TurboTax Easy to Use

I have been using TurboTax software during the past 2 1/2 decades and it allows me to file my return quickly and accurately since it pre-populates last year's tax data and guides you with an easy to use, step by step method, to add your new tax year data, efficiently to complete your Federal, State, and City Tax Returns electronically or by US mail.
What's great about it: Step by Step, Easy to Follow Instructions
What's not so great: At the End, a Few Final Filing and Payment Fields are Redundant between Federal and State Returns which can be Improved

Adoption Credit made simple

Our Adoption was a little longer than most as it was 3 years to take our daughter home, but it still was not finalized for 2 additional years. The questions regarding which expenses are allowed were answered and made very simple through the program guidance.
Long time user and still happy with Turbo Tax, Thank you.
What's great about it: Adoption is not simple, but the infomation for the tax credit thorough Turbo Tax was simple
